Hi, I’m Susan.
My work helps you go deeper.
Many of my clients come to me after trying traditional talk therapy. They’ve gained insight and understanding yet still find themselves stuck in the same patterns—feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed. They know something deeper is going on beneath the surface, but they don’t know how to shift it.
In our work together, we go beyond talking about your experiences. We focus on helping your body release the stress, anxiety, and trauma that keep you feeling stuck. As you develop healthy boundaries, practice assertiveness, and build new coping skills, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, regulated, and whole. Real healing starts from within—transforming not just how you think, but how you feel and move through life.
I love working with individuals who are ready to do deep inner work and open to approaches beyond traditional talk therapy. The most profound changes I’ve witnessed have come through Brainspotting, LENS Neurofeedback, and other “bottom-up” methods that support true nervous system healing.
